The The Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Police Command has organised a free medical outreach and sanitation in Abuja.
This is part of the activities to mark the 2026 2026 National Police Day celebration.
The free medical outreach which occurred on Monday, is aimed at providing essential healthcare services to residents, particularly vulnerable groups.

The commissioner of police, FCT, CP Ahmed Muhammad said the initiative underscores the Nigeria Police Force’s commitment to community engagement, public health, and environmental sustainability, while strengthening the bond between the police and the citizens they serve.

He reaffirmed the police dedication to service, partnership, and people-centered policing as activities for the National Police Day celebration continue.
Residents of the FCT, who benefited from the exercise and commended the command for its proactive approach to promoting a cleaner environment and accessible healthcare.
